Bright pink color of medium intensity. Fine bubble high persistence. Good training crown. Set of aromas of wild berries combined with aging notes. Without addition of sugar. Harmonious taste in the mouth, elegant, aromatic assembled with aging. Post intense flavor and pleasant, well-integrated bubble.

Gastronomy

Ideal for appetizers, fish and service rices. Best served at a temperature of 4-6 ºC
