Intense cherry-red colour wine. Its rich aromas are typical of the grape variety used, and they are strengthened during the wine’s controlled fermentation process. Together with nuts and dried fruit, especially walnut, banana stands out among the rich complex aromas. This wine has a voluptuous bouquet with great flavour intensity, which lasts a long time in the mouth. Because of its spicy hint of young wine, it also has a pleasant freshness in the mouth.
Gastronomy
It goes well with cheese aperitifs, fish dishes, rice, and light meat. Best served at a temperature of 6-10ºC.
